Cuyahoga National Park

A long day of waterfalls and slot canyons! Nice to see an area that used to be an industrial wasteland turned back into something green and beautiful! It’s nice to see that it IS possible to make a positive change for the environment and the benefits of protected land. I didn’t go in with high expectations for the park but ended up really liking this park!

I spent a while just talking to the park rangers and obtained a new favorite app in the process. iNaturalist is such a cool app for not only identifying plants and critters but contributing to science and data for all sorts of studies.

It was also nice to be traveling north when things were warming up! Lots of flowers to be seen and critters abound.
