Spent the days bouncing around Route 66 and Oatman on my way to the next National Park! Oatman is a small Arizona town where the feral donkeys out number the people. Which is the exact reason I went there! The donkeys were everywhere before you even made it into town! It was heaven and I loved them all!
Route 66 had some fun stretches and some boring stretches, but it was fun poking my head into a couple stops and especially the museum to learn the who and what’s of Route 66! No hikes or plants, just desert and asphalt for this post. Catch me next time in the Grand Canyon! Yee haw and all that!
