Another film recommended to me by a nomad! After watching it I can see why with themes of travelers feeling alone despite being surrounded by people. I think this movie tackles a lot of different things from midlife/quarter life crisis, isolation, and short-term relationships with fellow travelers just to name a few. It does this in a slow and non direct way that really makes you sit and think for it to hit home. I found myself re-watching some scenes thinking I missed something just for the feeling to hit home.

I think the movie was good, but it’s a bit too slow and abstract for my taste. After sitting with it for a bit, it’s grown on me. While watching, I found myself wondering why there were so many silent scenes of characters just walking or staring, leaving me wondering what I was missing. The ending comes swiftly and is messy, which I actually found pretty refreshing, but part of me wanted more. We don’t get to see what becomes of the characters or what happens after, despite getting peeks into some background issues during the movie. This
